Meet Our Team
Stephanie Beaton, LMSW, Licensed Social Worker. My primary goal as a therapist is to assist you in achieving your goals and support you through any adversities that may come your way. Therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach—each client is unique and has different techniques that work and do not work to achieve their goals. I am passionate and dedicated to the mental health field, and I believe each client is more than their symptoms and should be treated with dignity and respect. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is crucial to effective treatment, and I want every client who works with me to feel safe, welcomed, and supported. I primarily specialize in adults, but I have experience working with adolescents as well. My practice draws from a variety of fields including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Self-Compassion, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Psychodynamic Therapy from a trauma-sensitive approach.

Heminder Singh, MD, Psychiatrist. Dr. Singh is a Board Certified Psychiatrist (Adult ). He strongly believes that a combination of Psychotherapy and Psychopharmacology is more effective than either treatment alone. He believes the patient’s functional abilities can significantly improve when they pay attention to their brain health.
